Helena’s passion for babywearing was born from her own journey as a caregiver. She discovered firsthand how babywearing fosters not only physical closeness but also emotional connection and co-regulation. Inspired to share this experience, she founded North Shore Babywearing to connect local caregivers, provide education, and offer access to baby carriers for families of all backgrounds.
