When Helena became a mom, everything changed — including her zip code. She moved to Long Island just after her daughter was born, trading city sidewalks for neighborhood strolls and subway rides for baby wraps. Like many new parents, she found herself seeking more than just sleep and support — she was looking for real connection.
Out of that search, a passion for babywearing blossomed into something bigger: a desire to build a local, welcoming community where caregivers can share knowledge, stories, and a sense of belonging. Whether you’re tying your first wrap or chasing a toddler with a sling on your shoulder, our goal is to make sure no parent feels like they have to go it alone.
